The focus was more than Just the casino as most casino I have been to are. The pool area allowed families to enjoy their stay! We had a great time. All restaurants were great.

Employees were nice. Front Desk Lady was nice at check-in. When leaving I couldn't figure out how to get to where I parked, Employee helped me get to my location, I believe he was with the Bell staff. I guy in the garage looked like he was doing some cleaning saw me drive the wrong way and directed me correctly.

The entire stay was perfect! Every staff member was extremely welcoming and professional from the door to our room (12th floor). Any questions we had whether it was about a menu item or casino game was explained politely and in depth. The was our first trip to Biloxi and this resort and we're already planning a return trip.

This property is well maintained and super comfy. The pool is excellent and location is great . Beds are comfy, tub is nice and deep, staff is super friendly.

When I checked in the host upgraded my room to a suite. I really enjoyed the extra space especially the large bathroom with a hot tub.
